Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING & PICKUP 

All orders ship no later than 1-3 business days after order is placed. Once your order is dropped off at the post office we are no longer responsible for your order. If your order becomes lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office. 

Pickup is available at 1201 HWY 49 South, Suite 22 Richland, MS.  You can call Red Wagon Boutique at 769-251-0488 and we will be happy to bring your purchased item to the curbside for pickup OR you are welcome to come in and to pick up your purchased items. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY 

If there is an issue with an item, we want you to be able to return and get something you're 100% satisfied with! 

We do not offer any refunds. We offer store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item in the mail or purchasing in store. If you choose pickup, you have 7 days from the day you order to exchange or receive store credit. All items must be returned in the original condition. We can not accept items that have been worn, items that smell of any odor, or items that have been damaged. All items must have all tags still attached properly. You must also only return if you have a receipt. 

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, jewelry/accessories, swimwear, and under garments.
